In 2007, the FDA published regulations proposing a complete overhaul of its drug registration and listing requirements and AFTA submitted comments applauding the Agency’s proposed requirements mandating that product labeling and related product information be made publicly available so that consumers, distributors and retailers will have full access to information about fully compliant products.
